Kids’ Clothes at Red Hill

by admin on December 9, 2009

Parents always have to remember that the clothes they should buy for their children should be comfortable. Comfort should first be taken into consideration before style and design when shopping for children’s clothes. Experts recommend that moms buy lightweight kids’ clothes so their children can freely move and feel comfortable.

Kids’ clothes should be able to fit well with minimum allowance. In addition to that, clothes that will be chosen shouldn’t have drawstrings since it can lead to strangulation hazard. Ribbons or extra buttons should also be notes as they can become a choking hazard. Parents can only gradually buy clothes with drawstrings and buttons if their children are already grown enough to see the possible dangers associated with drawstrings and buttons.

Style is always secondary. Aside from drawstrings and buttons, make sure that the chemical used in creating the design of your kids’ shirt is safe. The clothes should also be easy to remove most especially during emergency cases.

It is highly suggested that parents purchase clothes at specialized stores for kids since the staff of these stores can very well relate to children. Many moms and dads prefer to shop for kids’ clothes and kids’ footwear online. With online shopping, you will save a lot of money, not to mention time and effort, all you have to do is make sure that the clothes fit.

For those who don’t know Red Hill, it was created by Terese & Kel Clark after the sale of their previous business Barnsley House B & B and the exciting arrival of their two children Audrey and Will.

Kel and Terese opened their first Red Hill store in Beechworth, North East Victoria in December 2006 offering an extensive range of childrens clothing, footwear and accessories and also added to the mix ladies footwear and handbags. They recently opened their sister store in Albury, New South Wales in October 2007 and now excitingly they would love to welcome our past and also new customers to ‘Red Hill Online’.

Their main focus is to provide quality products from Australian designers and where possible Australian made. They endeavour to provide you with products that are Unique, Safe, Fun & Different.

What would your yearly income need to be to comfortably raise two kids in the state of Texas in the next 5yrs?
I’m trying to plan my life here, I know, it sounds ridiculous. I need to know what my husbands and I yearly income would need to be to raise two kids in Texas in the area of Austin and the hill country. I need to know what kind of job I should be looking for now and what my husband will need to do so that we can comfortable raise two children in the next 5 or six years. Thank you very much!

I would like to own our own house and two vehicles (Nothing extravegant, average). I don’t have a need for fashion. I shop at Wal-Mart and Outlet stores for my clothes and I look damn good! I never want to have to worry about paying the bills and feeding my children.

Obviously, the word "comfortably" is important, but 100K should do it.

If by "comfortable" you mean a typical middle class lifestyle, you probably need about $4000-$5000/month take home pay, assuming your employer provides good medical insurance.

This assumes a typical 2000 sf house in a suburban area (~$150k), and modest vehicles. Texas has no individual income tax, but property taxes will run about 3%/year, and homeowners insurance will run about 1.5%/year. Sales taxes run in the 8.5% range. Utilities can be very high if you’re not carefull, especially in the summer.

"Comfortably" is relevant but you sound pretty down-to-earth. You’re not being ridiculous to do this research, you’re being sensible. Try this site for a lot of information about places all over the country: http://www.bestplaces.net . You can compare cities with where you live now.

I’d actually been looking into the Austin area but the property tax rates, homeowners and car insurance rates were horrendous. They have no state income tax but at my age that’s becoming less of a factor. And it’s too humid for me (just ranked #9 on the "Old Spice Stinkiest Cities" list) but it’s pretty there and some people are fine with humidity.
